Placing an order for someone else

Some of the orders I'm receiving are mailed in so there is no record created in the db.

First. Would it be correct for me as admin to create the records for those users who mail in their order as if I were them. Assuming they've provided all required data?

Second. If I receive an order in this manner from someone who does not have an email address and I want to include their purchase in the db, what do I do?

Yours

Mick

PS. semi-urgent

Yes, you could enter the information into the checkout to have the order details stored in your database.

I guess if they dont supply an email address, you would either need to contact them to get one, or make up a dummy email address to use while entering the order.
