Browser issue?

Browser issue?

Hi there,

I've used the contact form solution pack for my contact page. I've tried to send a test email, but I just get an error saying I've entered the Captcha string incorrectly.

The above only happens when I use Firefox 3.0.10.

Everything works fine in IE, Safari and Opera.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Do you have a sample url? I'll take a look with Firefox and see what is causing the problem.

RE: Browser issue

Ray,

I've downloaded the latest Firefox and still had the same problem. I then went on my other computer and it worked without any problems.

The computer I've tested it on ar first, was the same one I built the site with. Could that have anything to do with it? If so, any idea why?

I've cleared the browser cash, cookies, etc. thinking that could have been a problem.

I'm pretty new to all of this, so I might be missing something obvious to you guys.

Regards

It wouldn't have anything to do with what computer you made the site on.

It probably has something to do with that particular computer's settings... maybe cookies or session cookies are disabled making it not work.

RE: Browser issue

Hi Ray,

Or should I say Hoo-Ray!

I've sorted out the cookie settings and now everything is working fine.

Thanks for your help and patience. It's not the first time you've helped me.

Cheers!
