Activation Firewall Issue
I am having problems with activation. I am reasonably sure that our firewall is preventing the activation. Do you have a manual activation process?

I provided the MAC Address for the PC and a Macintosh. Did you get them?
yes, i did get them and have sent you the license.dat files.
Why was ticket 129682 closed? I am still unable to activate and now am also unable to post my results from the last suggested fix.

I am not able to reply to the original ticket. I did receive the newest license file and tried on my Mac and PC with the same result. I made sure that DW CS4 was closed, deleted the cache file and placed the license file in the CSS Sculptor folder and neither will run, both respond that online activation failed.

Your generated license file will only work for the computer that it is generated for, so you shouldn't be trying to use the same license file on two computers. Concentrate on getting one working and then the other.
