Email password not working

Email password not working

Strange - I'm sure this was working last week but not now.
When I click to retrieve the password, the page renews instead of going to the successRedirect or failRedirect page and no email is sent.

I have attached the page.

the code for the trigger is set for an image button type, but this page uses a standard submit button.

open the server behaviors panel, double click the email password server behavior and reset the trigger.

"reset the trigger" - to what???

Jason, please try to be more helpful! It would be great if you would include some detail in your posts, rather than making us keep coming back again and again while you dripfeed the information.

When I open the email password server behaviour there are plenty of options there. To add to the confusion there is both a down arrow AND a lightening bolt - do I try both or just one? I think I tried every single option and eventually got one to work.

In case anyone else has this problem, what I did was leave the dropdown set at "any form post', clicked the lightening bolt, expanded the "WAATKForgotPWForm" group and selected "Send".
