change file upload/overwrite settings

Hi I have power CMS and want to alter the file upload settings so that files with the same name are Not renamed e.g. fileupload.pdf if already exists is changed to "fileupload(1).pdf" and so on.

Can anyone help.

+ it would be a great addition to the product if people could delete files they have uploaded... currently I can't see a option to do that either.

If there is a solution for either of the above it would solve my problem.

Thanks in advance
