Hi All

When viewing and updating and order we get this response on the phone number field (see attached image)

The customer had given their number during the checkout process and I assume that this field should be pre filed with that number? if true then its not.

OR

Or does the admin enter the business number for the customer to call if they have shipping questions, as the error message sugests?

Help please?

Or should the validation be changed to allow blank entry?

Yes, the phone number entered should show up in this field.

What payment gateway are you using for your store so I can try to reproduce the issue to find the cause.

We are using paypal standard
