What version of menu writer are you using?

I believe i saw this error before when installing Menu Writer V1 under Dreamweaver CS4.

Menu Write V1 is not compatible with DW CS4, it is only compatible with DWCS3 and DW 8,

you will need to upgrade to Menu Writer V2 in order to use it in DWCS4.
