Error in IE 8 with SpryValidationConfirm.js used by form

Error in IE 8 with SpryValidationConfirm.js used by form

If I create a simple CSS form with Password and Confirm boxes works in other browsers but I get the error below IE 8. It also disables all the spry on the page.

If I comment out the SpryValidationConfirm spry, the page does not get the error and the other spry works correctly.

Is there a work arround for this?

I have attached the simple page with the form on it.

Webpage error details;

you have an olfdeer version of the SpryAssets/SpryValidationConfirm.js on your server:
// SpryValidationConfirm.js - version 0.3 - Spry Pre-Release 1.6.1

version 0.4 fixes this problem.

you can get an updated version of spry from the adobe site:

Beautiful, thank you very much!!!!!

I deleted my spry assets folder, and let dreamweaver CS5 create it again after creating a page with spry samples on it.

Thank you again.
