Images disappear after pressing update

I have just built to sites using WA data assist and html editor 3.02. It uploads imagesd okay, inserts images into a page okay. BUT if I go to update a page, all the images disappear leaving "" where they should have been and I have to re-insert. Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong or is there a fix to prevent this. it's a big worry

edit the HTML editor instance on the update page, and rebind the initial value to the corresponding column from the recordset. most likely there is formatting code in place converting the quotes to html entities, by resetting the initial value binding, the formatting will be removed.

Can you decode that into steps please. I have no idea what you are talking about. Why is it doing this? I am sitting with 2 websites with this problem and I need to fix it fast. Thanks

1) Edit the HTML Editor instance.

2) Click the lightning bolt icon next to Initial Value.

3) Select the corresponding column from the record set collection of the bindings panel.
