Hi
index.html the Create account page doe's not behave how it should. Trouble is, I don't what it should do being a beginner.
The page I get is attached as a jpeg because the url displays the index page only.
How do I start to correct the Create account page to behave?
Thanks for reading

what if you access the registration page directly rather than using the frames page?

i mean accessing the page by name directly:
users_Registration.php

instead of loading it into a frame page:
index.html

there is a fix for this issue in the known issues section of the Data assist download center page.

Release notes:
I get information on operating systems and software updates, this information implies that I re-install the plug-in and re-run the whole process of configuring log-in and registration pages into the website. I wanted to correct the page, if this is not possible please inform and further more how and what files it is I need to delete?

the fix is not in the Security Assist section of the download center, it is in the Data Assist section of the download center.

Hi Jason
Thank you for the advice to use a data assist known issue library.php file as a replacement.
Online with new file uploaded there is a difference although I've seen this behavior before when testing locally: 'the registration page defaults to log-in then to new password which, carries a generated password onto the left of the page'.
This behavior can be created by simply clicking the page buttons with or with-out entering information. I remember that the configuration of the registration and log-in pages was not a smooth run with differing hitches requiring Webassist forum advice along the way. And that this behavior is most probably a mixed result of OS Vista update what ever, CS4 and WA extension not quite inter-grating. Now, I'd love a fix if you have one for this behavior that I can tweak and re-implement into another site. But, if you think that another attempt to configure will be a better bet I take your advice. The truth is the whole process of dynamic pages utterly fascinates me so I don't mind either way...
