Emails with dynamic contents

I have been searching the forum for a while looking for some directions in how I can include into the body of the Email template dynamic contents but I couldn’t find any thing related to my problem.
With DA I have created two Administrative sections one that establish who are the recipient of Email messages and one other section which create and store in the database the Email messages themselves.
I have created a page with a simple form and a single button and a recordset that show only whoever will receive the Email message and the text contents of the message; the recordset works fine and show everything as I expected.
My dilemma is how I can insert bindings about the text contents of the message in the Email Template. I did try to include a recordset on the email template but the sending Email page goes berserk and become void of contents and simply doesn’t send any Email. Without the recodset on the Email template every thing works fine and all Emails goes to the assigned recipients but I can’t add the message contents stored in the database.
Do you have any suggestions? I noted some one in the forum has achieved something similar but I couldn’t find how he did it.
Thanks again
Alfredo

the recordset to lookup the text should be on the main page, the page that you apply universal Email to.

on that page, go to the bin=dings panel and drag the binding for the email text column to the page, copy the binding code that is generated and past that into the email template file.
