Form sending with or without CAPTCHA input

Hello!

We added CAPTCHA to our form and followed the instructions included with Forms Toolkit. For some reason, the form submits with or without input in the CAPTCHA field. And, when entering text in the CAPTCHA field, the form will send whether or not the text entered actually matches the CAPTCHA text.

I have uploaded files for the page in question. The page with the failing form validation is: career-resume-form2.php

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

- Jeremy

P.S. Oh, and I already tried the suggestion given in the other post with a similar issue to ours. :-)
