Powerstore 45 ie9 compatibility_ provided zip files not working

Hello,
We recently downloaded the most current ps45 files from the site and loaded a customers new store. We then updated the store after installation using. the instructions found in your " Known Issues" area

Show here:
(( Some PowerGallery galleries are not displaying correctly in Internet Explorer 9 or Firefox 4 ))

Resolution:
This .zip file contains an updated copy of the galleries/ folder and the webassist/caching/CachedResize_Image.php folder to correct the problem. Overwrite the existing PowerStore Galleries folder with the one in this zip file, copy the CachedResize_Image.php file to the webassist/caching/ folder. If the webassist/caching/ folder does not exist, it will need to be created.

QUESTION: the instructions above state: "Copy (galleries) folder to the root * overwriting the existing galleries folder" then >> "Copy ( CachedResize_Image.pgp ) too the (( webassist/caching/ )) folder * this folder never seems to exist so one is created and the file ( CachedResize_Image.php ) is copied into the folder located at "((webassist/caching/ ))

We have found in the past that some instructions on how to update the site referenced the incorrect files/folders directories to overwrite with the updated files. Our question is, Are the instructions above correctly stating where the new files should be placed? as shown on the present instructions for this update? The update does not work correctly after 2 attempts at loading a new/virgin file set to the folders as specified in the current directions for this update.
Thank you,
