Search Tool, Google Sorry error

I just started working with the search function in this tool set. Wanting to limit the searches to everything in a sub directory on my site. Config is pretty straight forward so I don't see how that could be the issue, however, whenever I try to search from this page: trial.html I get a page from google that says:

Google
Sorry...
We're sorry...

... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.

I've googled for others having this issue and test my system for viri, none found.

It could be that they have blocked your domain from site search. Contact Google to have them look into the problem;
request.py?contact_type=ban
