Failing to apply to existing spry validation

Going by the responses here, this tool seems to be a little problematic

I've applied 'tooltips' but all I get is the field validation dissappers, so I don't even get the original functionality working.

I've tried removing and adding from new, but nothing.

Attached is the page i'm applying so if anyone from WA could take a peak and comment, that would be great.

Thanks.

try testing in fore fox and checking the Fire Fox Error Console (Tools -> Error Console).

report back any errors from the error console.

No Errors reported in FF v5.0

By the way, to satisfy myself it does what it says on the tin, I created a blank php page and just added a form and applied extension.
It worked fine, so i guess my issue is related to a conflict with something else on my page.
