Menu is not showing properly in IE

Menu is not showing properly in IE

I created a nice drop-down menu with a graphic on the buttons that does not show up correctly on Internet Exploder.

The website is here: www.fatandhappyct.com/

I cannot personally check this, as I have a Mac and Microsoft doesn't make the browser for a Macintosh. I did some editing of the /CSSMenuWriter/menu_ie.css file to try to make things happen correctly, but my client is still complaining that they can only see the red buttons with the black text when they rollover them.

It works in Firefox.
It works in Safari.
It works in Chrome.

Anyone have any ideas on this one? I would like to be able to turn around a fix in a day.

And curse Microsoft for their vastly inferior and incompatible browser.
