CKEDITOR is not defined

HTML editor 302 is working on local testing server. On live server, it doesn't display. Firebug in Firefox declares an error "CKEDITOR is not defined". I am using 2 custom HTML editor presets on site pages. The HTML editor instance does not display in both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
