Continual Pro-Map Errors

I am still receiving JavaScript errors after following instructions to remove .dat file. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, downloaded product again, removed extension, removed .dat file again but still no joy.
Any help would be appreciated.
Additional info is that I just upgraded to DWCS5 but all other extensions are working as should.

What is the text of the error?

It is impossible to give advice on fixing an error without knowing what the error is.
