Powerstore 45 Saving Theme Publish drop down error

Hello,

In powerstore 45 when admin/user edits a theme then goes to save it. The user sees a window pop up " Please Enter a Name for this theme" Pop up has ( Drop Down ) with default text " Enter a Theme Name". If a theme had already been saved to the data base the user will want to overwrite the same theme but, the drop down menu has no function and does not drop to show the available themes to overwrite if the admin/user chooses too.

The error occurs everytime a them is being saved. The user must remember the past theme name and enter it to overwrite the past theme then hit "Publish". How can this be corrected to have the drop menu operate too show the saved themes in the db?
