Power Store 45 Galleries not able to load to descriptions

Hello,

When creating a new product, then adding the description when the Admin/user chooses to add a gallerie from the sites gallery db. The control window appears with no selections and no functionality. THe control pop up is available but, all information that should be populated from the db is not available thus, the admin/user is unable to add and/or use the gallery function. image of pop up is below for reference.

I thought this may be an error in overwriting files., so I too the liberty to re download the files you have posted from store 4.5 and remove data base and all files from old store to begin over. I reloaded your new files and had same problem.

(( * question: when a problem is found that is global and pertains to the files available for users to upload the powerstore 4.5, do you update those downloadable files? or do you allow the user to find the fix and add it later? I ask since I have found some update posts and I am not sure if you have updated the downloadable files for powerstore 45 with those fixes or if they have to be added after the files are downloaded? Thank you. ))

RE: Powerstore 45 Gallerys added to description error ( update error not corrected )

Support recently helped with an error that is part of the current 4.5 powerstore files available for download. The error was fixed on the remote site in question but, not on the getneral download files. The fix did not correct one problem. When a user adds a gallery to a description of any product in powerstore 4.5 the save the product. The gallery adds to the description/product. But, when the user views the product in the store the gallery shows on the description as it should but, the operation of the gallery is incorrect.
When the user clicks on a item in the gallery, the gallery should expand to a window showing a zoomed image of the gallery item with its description. The current action results in the user being taken away from the site on a (blank) page with the zoomed image as part of that page. ** see URL link to product with gallery for example, click on item in the gallery to see action

(( products_detail.php?ProductID=1 ))

Browser = ie9 *( Incorrect operation )

Correct operation: Safari,

have you applied the browser compatibility fix from the known issues section of the Power Store download center page?
