Power Store 4.5

When editing a theme, then saving the theme. A (blank) / new browser page is opened that seems to be a page to show a new .png them icon but the page is blank. The user can close the page but, the user is not made aware if the updates took place or not. Further more the .png icon for the new them is not updated and still remains the old default icon.

Question : When the user saves an edited theme to a new name and the (blank) browers page is opened , is this a programming error?

Also, should'nt Power store 4.5 be creating a new icon to show the saved them?
