Had to ask for a refund

Sorry guys, you have some amazing products - but Form Toolkit isn't one of them. I had to ask for a full refund after only one day. I have used the online link to the sales people to request it. The only reason I am posting it here is because last time I requested a refund I was never ever even contacted back and never did get the refund.

The toll free number does not work from Canada.

So hopefully I at least hear back from the sales people this time.

Refunds are handled by the sales department.

If you have already emailed sales asking for a refund, you should email them back to cancel it.
