Fatal error ... line 43

ContactForm103

I seem to be having the same problem as others, however I believe I have uploaded all the files. This is the error message I get.

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'D:\inetpub\farmdogs\ContactForm103\WA_Universal_Email/ContactForm103/contactus.php' (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in D:\inetpub\farmdogs\ContactForm103\WA_Universal_Email\WAUE_contact_1.php on line 43

Form Url: contactus.php

This form is displayed in an iFrame on the following URL:
Puppies.htm

Please help?

Thank you,

Sally

looks to me like you have edited the universal email server behavior of the contact form solution pack. In the server behavior you have selected the ContactForm103/contactus.php as the tepmplate file to use for the email?

in the WA_Universal_Email\WAUE_contact_1.php page, change this line:

php:
require_once(dirname(__FILE__) . ("/ContactForm103/contactus.php"));

back to the code from the original download:

php:
require_once(dirname(__FILE__) . ("/Templates/contactus.php"));
