I have installed Security Assist 2 on my website and when I went back to the CMS I get thie following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wa_authenticateuser() (previously declared in /var/www/clients/client16/web31/web/webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php:28) in /var/www/clients/client16/web31/web/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php on line 46

I commented out the require_once( "../WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php" ); line in the \WA_CMS\WA_CMS.php file that I found on the forums and it still gives me the error.

Is there anything else I can do?

there are two require once lines on the page for security assist, one to attach the:
WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php

file, and another to attach the
webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php

one of those will need to be commented out, probably comment the one for the WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php file

Jason - Thank you for getting back to me.

I can't find another instance of the require_once command.

I've included the file with a zip extention to see if I'm missing anything.

the error is not occurring in the \WA_CMS\WA_CMS.php file.

it is occurring in the file you have open in the browser when the error occurs, that is the file that you should be looking for the 2 require once lines in.

Got it!

I found that I had to comment out the "webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php" instead of the "WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php" and then things started working again. THANK YOU for setting me in the right direction.
