Default text alignment in IE

Default text alignment in IE

In menu writer the text alignment displays as align left by default. However in IE the alignment is affected by the text alignment on the page. All other browsers work as shown in the menu writer display.

Specifying left alignment in menu writer solves the problem but this may be confusing to users.

this is just one of many many many things that IE does different than other browsers.

With IE 6 -7 you also cannot use auto or percentages for the width and height of a menu item.

You will need to use the solution pf specifying left alignment for IE.
