using ecart for a eshop without payment confirmation

using ecart for a eshop without payment confirmation

Hello there,
I'm builiding up an eshop and the customer asked me the option to permit the user to add items to the shopping cart and then complete the shopping process, but without payment.
He wants to use the shipping process as a "pre-sale", then to confirm it after a phone call and a discussion.

I've run the checkout wizard and choose no payment, completed all the passages and...
when I arrive at the confirm.php page and hit "confirm"... nothing happens.
I'm not taken to the checkout_success page (even if I receive the confirmation email with the order).
The page remains still on the confirm page.

Any suggestion?

Could be a php error occurring. add the following code at line 1 of the confirm page to turn on error reporting:

if you continue to have problems, please send a copy of the confirm page so I can examine the code.
