Form toolkit client validation js errors

Hi There

Am getting an error when trying to add any validation via the client validation tool

it starts ok, I select the form, then set the text for the error and footer.

then when i am on the screen and try to add a validation i get a js error.

all seem to say the same thing at the end of the error: isThisACommand not defined

i tried re-installing and deleting the wincache, did not work:
tried what was said in this thread: showthread.php?t=17480&highlight=error

stillnot working any ideas please???
