Warning/error messages show in body of contact form

This is the first time I've used the contact form and I am testing it (not on live site). I had no trouble using the Dreamweaver template to style the form and the CAPTCHA portion is working. I have one problem, however:

The error/warning messages are showing the the body of the form when I click on the contact_us web page? How do I keep that from happening until someone makes an error entering info in the form?

contactus.php
Check the URL above and please advise. I am not a coder and the PHP is pretty new to me!

It normally won't happen until someone makes an error. It just remembers your errors in the session so they will be there until you leave the site once they appear once.

Most likely this isn't really an issue for an end user, just confusing in your testing.

I just logged on to the site from my work computer and the error messages still appear. They appear from any computer, all the time!!

That is because you have failed to copy the necessary .css and .js from the header of the sample to make that code work properly.

When I applied the template, one of the unresolved areas was the head. I applied it to the incorrect section of my form, which is why it didn't copy. I went back and redid it and it worked correctly.

Thanks for your help!
