Pages from template

I have created a page which has two CMS fields, Title and Content. This page is then used as a Template where I need to change the values of both fields.

I understand that if I go to the page containing these fields I should see one set of content, however if I use the URL variable I should see different content.

The first page is projects.php

The second page is projects.php?Projects=1

The problem is that the content Title that is displayed at both URLs should be only shown without the URL variable, the Content that is displayed at both URLs should only be shown with the use of the URL variable.

In the designers notes for the record 1 it shows the content area requiring ?Projects=1 added to the url to display the data however when I look at the designer notes for the Title area it states that I need to add ?=1

I'm unsure whether there is a bug, whether I have done something wrong or whether there are Gremlins messing with my code....
