SA2 Problem on making reigistration page

Hi there,
When I press the button to make the pages, I get problem when it tried to make the registration page. See snagged picture below. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong please.

What is your OS?

What Version of Dreamweaver?

are you using one of the database presets? or your own database?

If it is your own database, please send a screen shot of the table schema.


Is the site configured with a local connection to the MySQL Server or a remote MySQL server connection?
