UE4/ File Upload javascript error

Hello,

I've recently upgrade my system to CS5.5 and reinstalled all WA extensions. Upon trying to use UE4 to upload a file, I've received the following javascript error:

While executing onLoad in WA_DFPFileUpload.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:

At line 142 of file "Blue earth HD:Users:phillippeo:Library:Application:Support:Adobe:Dreamweaver CS5.5:en_US:Configuration:Shared:WebAssist:DigitalFilePro:Shared.js":WAiRite_Bundle is not defined

Does this mean the UE4 is dependent upon several other extensions in order to work now?

Kind regards,

Phillippeo

Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

if you still have a problem, please post back a screen shot of the extension manager showing what extensions are installed and their versions.

No cache file in 5.5

Hi Jason,

Unfortunately it appears that version 5.5 has done away with the cache file?!

I've attached the screen grab of extensions installed as requested.

Thanks in advance,

Phillippeo

this screen shot is to small to read, can you compress the screen shot into a zip archive and attach the zip file.

I think your system has an older copy of the Configuration:Shared:WebAssistigital FilePro:Shared.js file, uninstall universal Email from the extensions manager then download the most recent version from the download center and reinstall it.
