first time using ecart some urgent help from anyone

hi guys,

this is the first time i have used ecart and i just need to ask a few questions.

basically the site is not an ecommerce site it is a call out service job sheet.

based on their job sheet when they go out to homes and fix things they have on their sheet :

Quantity
Parts Used
Supplier
Complete
Price To Customer

as this could be multiple entries i.e. 4 entries on the one work sheet i was wondering if i could use ecart to store this in the database.

however how does it work inserting into the database?

does it create a new entry in ecart into the database when or does it do a multiple insert and checkout?

many thanks for any advice anyone can give.

the eCart checkout scenario stores the order information into 2 tables:

1) Orders - This holds information about the order such as total, billing address and shipping address

2) OrderDetails - This holds a record for each item added to the cart
