image upload dont work

hi I want to upload 3 diffrent images but dont upload and dont insert db.. ????

1) All form processing must occur on the forms action page, you currently have the form set to post to another page.

you should set the form to post to itself, then set the redirect in the insert record behavior to redirect to the konular_ekle.php after the record has been inserted.

2) To insert the names of the files that where uploaded to the database, you should bind the columns to the Server file Name Variable in the WA Uploaded Files (File Filed Name) binding group.
