ecart 4 USPS calculations

everything seems to work but when i add more than one item to my cart the shipping doesn't change. the quoted amount is correct if i were only shipping one item. If the quantity is a 1000 for example the quoted amount stays as if it were only gonna ship the amount of one item...

sorry if that is vague i am new to this let me know what you need from me. thanks
