Unexpected error !!!!

I have tried everything to get this to work. I have uninstalled the original build, delete the .dat file and installed the update build. No matter what I do I can get past the part to connect to database. I have done this successfully in Power CMS, so I understand the steps.

What will be the next step in troubleshooting - This is whats happening

After I fill out all the connection items and click test I get a "unidentified error has occured" error log.

If I click on the select database - I get "unidentified error has occured" error log.

Help PLEASE !

waited all day for a call from support, no one called. Support on this product is poor!!!!!!!!!!!
