Site Import Not Working

I'm on an a PC. Dreamweaver CS5

In the site import wizard I enter the URL in Main we sit e URL. I select my folder for download and hit "next".

I did not change anything on step 2

I check Download template on step 3 and click finish
.
Then dreamweaver freezes for 3-5 seconds then nothing happens

On my WAImortlog.txt, it says Importing URL and the name of the site, but there is nothing there.
What can I do?

Site Import NOT Importing

I am had great success in the past with this product but today is not good. I even upgraded from version 1,2 now 3 and running W7 x64 with Master Suites CS5.5.

First off a pain to even to get it to launch.
Second now it does not import, however it will run a report, but only not to generate one...

Need to use this product ASAP!!!

I have followed all tech sheets, troubled shoot and still no go!

Guess I missed the part about running Dreamweaver as Administrator and it will work!!!

Hope this Tid bit helps others!!!

what is the path you are setting the site to import to?

try setting up a new site in dreamweaver and setting the import to save to the new DW site,

Hi Jason,

I've tried to do this several times but when you set the import off, the WebAssist panel just freezes and no import happens, apart from the logfile being created in the destination directory. Dreamweaver itself is still active and doesn't freeze.

Kind Regards
Andrew

you don't answer my question:
what is the path you are setting the site to import to?

can you send a copy of the log file please.

Hi Jason,

I think I've solved it - I removed the http: from the URL at the bottom selector - that seems to have solved it..

Kind Regards
