Express Checkout Error: PayerID is missing

I am using PayPal Express Checkout. And although the user is able to add items to the Cart Go to PayPal, Pay, and return to my site to process the payment, The Transaction Fails.

I followed the instruction to debug eCart Transaction Failure issues, and I get this error message:

Express Checkout PayerID is missing

Could you please tell me how to fix this?

Thanks

I have noticed that when PayPal returns to my website, the PayPal Payer ID is in the URL

I don’t know if that helps

I don't know why this is not working.

I have used the Get Payer Profile from PayPal Express Checkout, and Process Transaction with PayPal Express Checkout Correctly.

The Billing Address and PayPal Account that the checkout wizard creates on the pp_confirm.php page

Also does not display in addition the transaction failing.

Could you tell me how to fix this please

Thanks in advance

the code for the Get Payer Profile behavior is at lines 38 - 43, you are recordset values in this behavior for the username, password and signature, but the recordset is not created until lines 48 - 90.

the code needs to be rearranged so that the recordset is before Get payer Profile behavior.

Thanks for your help.

The good news is that the payers PayPal account email and billing address is now appearing correctly on the confirm page.

However the bad news is that when I click the confirm button to process the transaction I still get the same error message when I am re directed to the failure page.

I attached a screenshot of my error

on the pp_confirm page, change:

php:
$WA_PP_ECO_Do_required[0][$nextIndex] = "PayerID";

  $WA_PP_ECO_Do_required[1][$nextIndex] = "".((isset($_GET["PayerID"]))?$_GET["PayerID"]:"")  ."";

to:

php:
$WA_PP_ECO_Do_required[0][$nextIndex] = "PayerID";

  $WA_PP_ECO_Do_required[1][$nextIndex] = "".((isset($_SESSION["PayPal_ECO_PayerID"]))?$_SESSION["PayPal_ECO_PayerID"]:"")  ."";
