Can't set session value in Security Assist

Can't set session value in Security Assist

I am working through the security assist wizard. When I get to the last page….(users_EmailPW.php)…. I keep getting an error message after following the wizard step by step. When I get to the Set Session Value dialogue box using the WA Cookies Toolkit the following occurs. When I click the “lightening bolt,” select “random password” and click “OK,” as instructed, I get an error message. The error message says, “Please select a dynamic data item.” I have no earthly idea what it wants me to do. I don’t see any options. Can you please explain what dynamic data item I am supposed to select? My OS is Windows XP. I am using Dreamweaver CS5.

Can't set session value in Security Assist

I read the technical notes and followed the instructions, but that did not do the trick. What would you suggest next? Thanks....I am out of options.

Thank you for your assistance. The error message went away when I re-installed the eCart extension. However, it makes no sense to me. Now when I set a Server Behavior by clicking on “WA_Cookies_Toolkit”, then click “Set Session Value”, it gives me
“ecart Set Session Value (NewPW)” Server Behavior. Is this normal? This does not match the data on the video tutorial. Could there be a compatibility issue with DWCS5 and this Security Assist extension? What does eCart have to do with Security Assist?

The Set Session value behavior is included in both eCart and Cookies toolkit.

this is just the label for the behavior and does not effect the code, the code is identical whether the label says eCart or not.
