User Registration Pages not loading on site

I have recently applied the user registration php pages to a template for the website I am working on. The php pages load just fine while I am reviewing them in Dreamweaver, but when I upload the files to the live webserver, the php pages do not load at all. When I try to access the pages online I get the error below:

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

What am I doing wrongly?

Thanks.

not sure what the problem is, the error is very vague.

try adding the following code at line 1 of the page to turn error reporting on:

php:
<?php

error_reporting
(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>

if that does not show a more comprehensive error, you will need to contact the host to look into the error logs.
