Disappointed !

Yes, I'm disappointed because the product seems to "not yet really complete".

For my point of view, the lack of the following features is a pity :
- no import of an existing list of emails from a xls or csv file (excepted for experienced programmer mysql/php ?)...
- statistics : no information about who has open the email or click on link (excepted for experienced programmer mysql/php ?)...
- settings : no explaination about " additionnal email parameters"
- what about SMTP with authentification ?
- very poor (distressing ?) documentation

Maybe someone has done something that could help ? Thanks

I have bought several applications from you and had trust in you until now. Indeed the application is not at all complete, and I am adamant you are aware of that. I find it rather unscrupulous for you to put it up for sale.

Even the simple fact that one cant ordinarily import existing email database and your answers on how to import this already existing email database show how prematurely launched this application is.

Have a look at the FREE Arclab MailList (features.html). That is what I expected but I decided to go with you because I have a trust relationship with Webassist. Get you house in order, there is still faith in you.
