Change Banner

Hi there,

I have a site I am working on and I want to change the default banner with a Jquery slider banner.

Looking at the code in the store, I do not have a clue as to how to go about this.

Your help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Martin

Are you referring to the "Your Store Message Goes here banner?

You can edit that through the content management section of the admin, edit the Home Page -> Site Message content area.

Hi Jason,

Yes I was referring to the "Your Message Goes Here Area". I want to replace that entire section with a jQuery rotating banner.

Any help in how to do this would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Martin

So I can actually add jQuery code directly into the CMS? I don't have to find the page and create a head link to the version of jQuery I am using?

Also will that then replace the awful background image as well? I was wanting to replace the whole area.

Thanks again,
Martin
