Browse Server for images

Hi,

When I try to add an image to a newsletter and click on Browse Server (where I assume I can upload images) I get the following error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@redroad.co.nz and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache mod_fcgid/2.3.6 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at redroad.co.nz Port 80

Any thoughts?

Cheers,
Kevin.

I have looked into this issue with several people and on most occasions it has been an issue with the permissions set on the /webassist/ directory. Usually updating the permissions from 777 to 755 has resolved this problem.

I am getting the same issue. Please can someone tell me the solution. If file permission needs to be set, which one? I have tried 777 and 755 for the Powermessanger directory but no luck !
I cannot browse, 404 comes up

Many thanks
