Cart platrform for my Site

I purchased E Cart Expension and Dynamic Suite because somebody told. I am totally lost and I need some guidance. My site is based on consultations, I will offer some access databases, excell spreadsheets and access to site for several trainings, and I want to sell this. The majority of Cart app sale goods my goods are digital stuff. What book or video are you recommend to me to set this up?

In regards to setting up the cart, selloing digital gods is the same as selling physicle goods.

the only real diifreance is in delivering the download after purchase.
