Edits on ..Temp.php file not being transferred

When I make edits on the ..Temp.php file in DW, they are not being transferred nor recognized in the main file I began editing in dreamweaver, neither do they upload to the database. I press reload, and they do not update.

Since I cannot make edits in dreamweaver, I tried to edit the code in the CMS, and I cannot edit the text in the source view (however works in Firefox, but when I finally made the update in firefox, I could not reload the changes into dreamweaver). This system needs a dot release desperately. I am dead in the water again.

Where is the documentation for adding the HTML Editor to PowerCMS forms? I don't know which form to add it to. I just need to add the CSS styles to it. I looked everywhere and general instructions exist, but none in the specific application of HTML builder to PowerCMS builder.

I get a javascript error every time I use PowerCMS builder. I close DW and delete the .dat file over and over.
