When to leave 'Go to' page 'blank'

I am viewing your Solution Receipe re Security Assist -Update Password - 07_send_password.swf.

In the video the tutor leaves the 'Go to' field blank. He gives his reason as follows: "This is necessary to make sure that the page does not redirect before the final server behaviour executes".

My question is how and when do you know whether to leave this redirect page blank? In all the other videos, it is filled-in.

Look at the list of server behaviors applied to the page.

The server behaviors list shows them in the order of the code, this is the order they will be executed by the php processor.

In the email password example, the database is first updated using the Update Record behavior, then the Security Assist Email Password behavior sends the password.

because the update server behavior is executed first, the go to page needs to be left blank to allow the email password behavior to execute.
