Ecart shipping rules

Has anyone heard of this I have created two shipping rules based on the rule:

Number of items with a specific column value

It works perfectly for the one that is top in the list but not for the second one. If i then select the second one and move it to the top the second one works and now the one that was at the top no longer works.

In short which ever one is at the top of the list works until moved down the list. The code in ecart is:

//start node
//eCart Rule
function WAEC_Stoveworlduk_fittings() {
$totalShipping = 0;
if (false && (($this->ConditionalTotal("Quantity", "shippingCategory", "Fittings") > 0))) {
$totalShipping += $_SESSION['shipcostfittings'];//Result
}
return WA_eCart_FormatNumber($totalShipping, $this->ForceDecimalsC, $this->DecimalPlacesC);
}
//eCart Rule
//eCart Rule
function WAEC_Stoveworlduk_stoves() {
$totalShipping = 0;
if (true && (($this->ConditionalTotal("Quantity", "shippingCategory", "Stoves") > 0))) {
$totalShipping += $_SESSION['shipcoststove'];//Result
}
return WA_eCart_FormatNumber($totalShipping, $this->ForceDecimalsC, $this->DecimalPlacesC);
}
//eCart Rule
//end node

In the above the rule for Fittings shipping will work as it is top of the list until i move it down in the ecart shipping rules section then the stoves rule will work.

Any help appreciated,

Fully

can you send a copy of the eCart object file so i can test this.
It's not an issue I have seen before.

to troubleshoot:

create a new cart display page, when you add the cart display manager to the page, go to the second step of the display mananger wizard and set it to show all columns.

then add the following code just before the </body> tag:

php:
<pre><?php var_dump($_SESSION); ?></pre>

this will show everything in the cart and the entire session contents to help track the problem.

If you could send a link where i could see this, that would be helpful.
