Error Line 351 DocumentEncoding.js

When I try and open the Universal Email Server Behaviour that I have applied to a form I get the following error message and can do nothing.

While executing timer in WAUE_Main.htm, the follwing JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 351 of file
"C:\Users\munki652\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\DreamweaverCS5\en_US\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\DocumentEncoding.js": theServerLanguage is not defined

Line 351 says
if (theServerLanguage == "vbscript") {

However I am working in PHP MySQL server model not ASP VBScript
I am at a loss as to how to proceed.
I am using the Universal Email Extension as part of the CSS Form Builder 2.0.0 extension. I also have the HTML Editor 3 Extension and installed these as per instructions.

Any advice?

Found my own answer

I saw the same query on the CSS Form Builder page.

However I remember installing as directed. Anyway I will download, uninstall and reinstall and see what happens.

make sure that you download and install the CSS Form Builder HTML Editor compatibility version, not the regular css form builder version.
