New Install PS4.5 - page times out

Installed new PS4.5 and the "store" seems to take forever to load as well as admin or any pages within.

In an attempt to confirm an email, the page times out, returning an error - This webpage is not available
The webpage at users_confirm.php?ID=2&code=3CsOVX5yK7BzEL40C4bP might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

store

Do I need to uninstall - reinstall?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

here are updated copies of the following pages that should correct the problem:
webassist/plugins/catalog/results.php
webassist/plugins/catalog/results_grid.php
webassist/plugins/catalog/basic/results.php

also run the following query on the database:

CREATE INDEX ProductID ON ps4_products(ProductID);
CREATE INDEX ProductID ON ps4_productoptions(ProductID);
CREATE INDEX ProductID ON ps4_productcategories(ProductID);
CREATE INDEX CategoryID ON ps4_productcategories(CategoryID);
