question and php mail problems

I have created a basic email contact form and the security question is not showing so I cannot test the php email function to see if it is working.

here's the form ourwork1.html

Please help... thanks.

the problem is that your page is a static html page:
ourwork1.html

it needs to be a dynamic php page for the security question to work:
ourwork1.php

Can I remove the security question and just use the CAPTCHA. Or does it have to be PHP. I don't use PHP so this is new for me. Also, the CAPTCHA has a background and I set the background to none but it still shows up.

Thanks

for the captcha validation to function, the page must be a php page.

that is not the background you are seeing, it is the noise, the background is not showing but the noise is.
