Persistent alert message after removing CSS Sculptor extension

Persistent alert message after removing CSS Sculptor extension

After removing the CSS Sculptor extension with the Extension Manager, launching Dreamweaver CS4 (iMac i5, OS 10.6.6) prompts an alert message stating 'Unable to find file WA_Memento.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown.'

The alert interrupts the launch process until the message is dismissed, resuming the launch process.

What else can I do to eliminate this message?

TIA,
